Warsaw Community Public Library's High Street parking lot is getting its concrete layer.
The completed parking lot will open up 14 spaces for patrons in the library’s north side parking lot.
The pouring will be finished by Friday. It will take 7-10 days after the pouring is completed for the concrete to cure and be able to be parked on.
