NORTH MANCHESTER - The Warsaw Community High School choral department had a superb showing at Saturday's District Organizational Contest held at Manchester High School.
The Intermediate Women's Choir and the Select Chorale both competed and both returned home with Gold ratings. Each group performed three pieces in performance and then did a separate testing in sight reading.
Scott Avery is the director of the groups, and they were accompanied by Deb Bishop. Both choirs can next be seen in performance May 16 at 8 p.m. in the WCHS Performing Arts Center.
