Warsaw Community High School announced Christopher D. Hamman and Bebhinn M. Priest have been named National Merit Finalists by the National Merit Scholarship Corp.Christopher is the son of Michael and Pamela Hamman, Warsaw. Bebhinn is the daughter of James Priest and Cheri Randels-Priest, Warsaw.
Hamman and Priest received this recognition based upon their performance on the PSAT during fall 2006, and their outstanding academic performance and community service.
Hamman will major in linguistics at Indiana University, while Priest is planning to pursue a bachelor's degree of fine arts in acting and has not yet made her decision as to what university she will attend.
