INVITATION TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the Wayne Township Board and Township Trustee will from this date until Thursday, November 11, 2008 at 4:30 PM receive sealed bids for the purchase of one (1) 2009 fire truck tanker with a 3000 gallon elliptical tank. Bids will be received at the Wayne Township Office located at 114 E Center St., Warsaw, IN. All bids must be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit. A 10% bid bond or certified check must accompany the bid. The Wayne Township Board and Township Trustee reserve the right to reject any or all bids. A specification package is available at the Wayne Township Office located at 114 E Center Street, Warsaw, IN.
