NOTICE OF EXECUTION OF SECOND AMENDMENT TO LEASE BETWEEN WAWASEE COMMUNITY SCHOOL CORPORATIONAND WAWASEE HIGH SCHOOL BUILDING CORPORATION Pursuant to action previously taken by the Board of School Trustees of Wawasee Community School Corporation, a Second Amendment to Lease (the "Second Amendment") between Wawasee Community School Corporation and Wawasee High School Building Corporation was executed and entered into on November 8, 2011. The Second Amendment covers the site of proposed renovation and equipment of a portion of Wawasee High School, Kosciusko County, Indiana. A copy of such Second Amendment is on file in the Administration Building of Wawasee Community School Corporation, 1 Warrior Path, Building #2, Syracuse, Indiana, and is available for inspection during normal business hours.
