SYRACUSE — Hosting Columbia City Wednesday, the Wawasee boys soccer team got a 2-0 victory, improving to 4-2-3 on the season. In their latest conquest, the Warriors got a penalty kick goal from Luis Camargo in the 60th minute, followed by a Cameron Schlabach goal in the 72nd minute, assisted by Brock O’Haver. Wednesday in North Manchester The Manchester boys soccer team got a 8-0 home win victory over Whitko Wednesday. For Whitko, Jacob Helton recorded 13 saves. Tuesday in Winona Lake The Lakeland Christian Academy soccer team picked up its first win of the season Tuesday at home, defeating Culver 3-1. Weston Clemens and Garrett McCoomb supplied first-half goals for LCA. Clemens netted another goal in the second half, giving the Cougars the insurance they needed for the victory.
