Pursuant to action previously taken by the Board of School Trustees (the "Board") of Wawasee Community School Corporation (the "School Corporation"), a Lease Agreement (the "Lease") between the School Corporation and Wawasee High School Building Corporation (the "Building Corporation") was executed and entered into on October 9, 2018. The Lease covers a portion of Wawasee Middle School in connection with (i) renovation of and improvements to school facilities, (ii) construction of solar arrays at one or more school facilities, and (iii) safety improvements to school facilities and the purchase of equipment and technology throughout the School Corporation (collectively, the "Projects") in Syracuse, Indiana. A copy of the Lease is on file in the Administration Building of the School Corporation, #1 Warrior Path, Building #2, Syracuse, Indiana, and is available for inspection during normal business hours.
