Request For Qualifications for Guaranteed Savings Contract Notice is hereby given that Wawasee Community School Corporation shall receive proposals for a Guaranteed Savings Contract until 1:00 p.m. on December 2, 2008 at the Office of the Administration located at 1 Warrior Path Building #2 Syracuse. IN 46567. Proposals will be in accordance with IC36-1-12.5 and the Request For Qualifications (RFQ) guidelines. For more information contact Mr. Tom Edington, Superintendent at (574) 457-3188. The Qualified Provider to whom the work is awarded shall conform to the local common wage rates as determined for this project. All Bids must include a proposal with the content and in the format described within the RFQ. A mandatory walk through for all Qualified Providers has been scheduled for 1:00 pm on November 4, 2008 at the Administration Office. The Board reserves the right to terminate this project prior to bids being received, to reject any and all proposals and to be the sole judge of the value and merit of the proposals offered. o22,29
