NOTICE OF EXECUTION OF THIRD AMENDMENT TO LEASE BETWEEN WAWASEE COMMUNITY SCHOOL CORPORATION AND WAWASEE HIGH SCHOOL BUILDING CORPORATION Pursuant to action previously taken by the Board of School Trustees of Wawasee Community School Corporation (the “School Corporation”), a Third Amendment to Lease between the School Corporation and Wawasee High School Building Corporation was executed and entered into on March 11, 2014. The Third Amendment covers the site of proposed renovation of and improvements to Wawasee High School in Syracuse, Indiana. A copy of such Third Amendment is on file in the Administration Building of Wawasee Community School Corporation, 1 Warrior Path, Building #2, Syracuse, Indiana, and is available for inspection during normal business hours.
