NOTICE OF EXECUTION OF LEASE BETWEEN WAWASEE COMMUNITY SCHOOL CORPORATION AND WAWASEE HIGH SCHOOL BUILDING CORPORATION Pursuant to action previously taken by the Board of School Trustees of Wawasee Community School Corporation (the "School Corporation"), a Lease Agreement (the "Lease") between the School Corporation and Wawasee High School Building Corporation was executed and entered into on June 9, 2015. The Lease covers the site of proposed construction of a new Syracuse Elementary School, and the renovation of and improvements to the Milford School and Wawasee High School, all in Kosciusko County, Indiana. A copy of such Lease is on file in the Administration Building of the School Corporation, One Warrior Path, Building #2, Syracuse, Indiana, and is available for inspection during normal business hours.
