NOTICE OF EXECUTION OF SECOND AMENDMENT TO LEASE BETWEEN WAWASEE COMMUNITY SCHOOL CORPORATION AND WAWASEE COMMUNITY SCHOOL CORPORATION NEW ELEMENTARY & REMODELING BLDG. CORP. Pursuant to action previously taken by the Board of School Trustees of Wawasee Community School Corporation (the "School Corporation"), a Second Amendment to Lease (the "Second Amendment") between the School Corporation and Wawasee Community School Corporation New Elementary & Remodeling Bldg. Corp. was executed and entered into on June 14, 2016. The Second Amendment covers the site of proposed renovation of and improvements to North Webster Elementary School in North Webster, Indiana. A copy of such Second Amendment is on file in the Administration Building of the School Corporation, 1 Warrior Path, Building #1, Syracuse, Indiana, and is available for inspection during normal business hours.
