NOTICE OF 1028 HEARING AND PRELIMINARY DETERMINATION HEARING Pursuant to Indiana Code 20-26-7-37 and Indiana Code 6-1.1-20-3.1, notice is hereby given that the Board of School Trustees of the Wawasee Community School Corporation will meet at 5:30 p.m. on March 16, 2010, in the Lecture Room at Wawasee High School of Wawasee Community School Corporation, 1 Warrior Path, Building #2, Syracuse, Indiana, to hold a hearing to discuss and hear objections and support regarding the proposed renovation of and improvements to any or all of the following facilities: Wawasee High School, Wawasee Middle School, Milford School, North Webster Elementary School and Syracuse Elementary School (the "Project") and to consider adoption of a resolution making a preliminary determination to enter into a lease or bonds of said Project.
