SYRACUSE – Wawasee Community School Corporation will be following the schedule below for meals for children 18 years of age or younger at seven locations, which are the Milford School main entrance, the Milford Library parking lot, Syracuse School door 6, the Syracuse Community Center parking lot, the Bowen Center in Enchanted Hills parking lot, North Webster School door 3 and the North Webster Community Center parking lot.
Pickup will be available Thursday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., three breakfasts and three lunches per child and Boomerang Backpacks will be available for those who receive them. An additional day’s worth of meals will be given since meals won’t be handed out on May 25. There will be no pickup May 25 for observance of the Memorial Day holiday.
Other upcoming pickup time are May 26 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., two breakfasts and two lunches per child; May 26 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., two breakfasts and two lunches per child; and May 28 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., two breakfast and two lunches per child and Boomerang Backpacks for those who receive them. From June 1 to July 3, pickup times are Mondays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., three breakfasts and three lunches per child; and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., two breakfasts and two lunches per child and Boomerang Backpacks for those who receive them.
For students who were having meals delivered, there will no longer be meal delivery starting June 1.
