Heather Watts, Warsaw, and Brian Peconga, both of Warsaw, announce their engagement. She is the daughter of Terry and Nellie Watts, Warsaw. He is the son of Ronnie Peconga, Barbee Lake, and Angelika Christa Ord. The bride-to-be attended Logansport High School and is a carrier for the Times-Union. The groom-elect attended Warsaw High School and is self-employed. The couple plan a March 29 wedding.
