Clarence Hill of Sidney celebrated his 72nd birthday Friday evening with a big chunk of watermelon at the feast in the First National Bank parking lot. The event was part of "Downtown Days," which also included a street dance with the "Babalooeys" performing before an appreciative crowd. Activities continue today and include a three-on-three basketball tournament, sidewalk sales and a classic car contest and show. Photo by Gary Nieter - Times-Union
