WINONA LAKE - Installation of a water line on Chestnut Street will close a part of the street between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Thursday. According to Winona Lake police, Chestnut Street between the stop sign at Park Avenue and the light at Winona Avenue and Argonne Road will be closed.
