Washington Elementary School collected food items for Combined Community Services. The school had a friendly competition - the class that donated the most items won a chips and salsa party. The winner was Mrs. Corson's second-grade classroom. In addition to the food drive, the student council sold candy canes. During the sale, $350 was collected and donated to Combined Community Services as well. Picture are student council members with the food items.
