Warsaw’s Desenberg Signs With North Central CollegeWarsaw three-sport athlete Page Desenberg has chosen to continue her academic and basketball careers at North Central College in Naperville, Ill. Desenberg has played an instrumental role for the Lady Tigers these past two seasons, and her current efforts have helped coach Michelle Harter's squad reach a 15-2 mark entering the final stretch of the regular season. The senior forward was honorable mention all Northern Lakes Conference last season, and played golf and competes in track. Desenberg has served with the Tiger Student Athletic Board, the WCHS dream council, and she volunteers at the Beamon Home. Desenberg has been a standout in the classroom as she has earned a 10.17 grade point average (12-point scale) entering her final high school semester, and she intends to study elementary education at North Central. North Central, an NCAA Division III member school, is a member of the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin. In the back row (L-R) are Dave Anson, WCHS Athletic Director, and Michelle Harter, Lady Tiger head basketball coach.
