Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Warsaw Health System LLC DBA Kosciusko Community Hospital requesting approval of a Variance from Development Standards to request to allow an increase in sign height and sign display area on property located at 2101 E DuBois Drive, Warsaw, IN 46580 and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana on Monday, 3/28/2022, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard.
