Center St., Warsaw, IN 46580 and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana on Monday, September 24, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the above address prior to 12:00 noon on the day of the hearing.
