Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Graycraft Signs Plus Warsaw requesting approval of a Variance from Development Standards to Allow 19' high Sign and allow a 7'11" high and 57.7 square feet sign on property located at 1 Tiger Lane, Warsaw, IN 46580 and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana on Monday, 11/27/2017, at 7:00 PM. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the above address prior to 12:00 noon on the day of the hearing.
