Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Greenbrier Development LLC requesting approval of a Variance from Development Standards to request a Allow Larger than Permitted Subdivision Sign on property located at CR 350 N & Airport Rd. Warsaw IN 46580 and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
