A 20-year-old Warsaw woman claims she was raped by a neighbor while she was intoxicated and passed out at her residence.
The woman told police that she had several alcoholic drinks prior to the incident. The report was made at 3:29 p.m. Friday.
The woman and the suspect were reportedly looking at Internet sites on her computer when he allegedly began to fondle her. She told police she asked the man to leave, then she went to bed while the man was still seated in front of her computer.
When the woman later awoke, she discovered physical evidence of the alleged rape and the neighbor also allegedly told the woman he'd had sexual intercourse with her.
The incident remains under investigation.
