A Warsaw woman was airlifted to Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne, Wednesday, after a car accident on CR 350W, north of CR 200N, Warsaw.
Bobby Jo Vining, 22, South Woodland Lane, Warsaw, suffered back and face injuries. Wednesday's police report stated that Vining was admitted in stable condition. According to the hospital today, Vining is not a patient.
The accident occurred at 3:25 p.m. when Vining attempted to pass a northbound vehicle driven by Charles Spidell, Fort Wayne.
Vining reportedly passed Spidell, leaving the west side of the roadway, then overcorrected and flipped into a field in an attempt to avoid swerving into Spidell's car.
The two vehicles involved never made contact.
Damage is estimated at $2,500-$5,000.
The accident was investigated by Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department.
