Warsaw Volleyball Team Goes 4-0 At Invitational

WEST LAFAYETTE — The Warsaw volleyball team impressed at Saturday’s Lafayette Jefferson Invitational.
Going a perfect 4-0, the Warsaw Lady Tigers defeated Lafayette Jefferson 25-14, 25-10, McCutcheon 25-10, 25-17, Morristown 25-7, 25-11 and Milan 25-10, 25-15.
On the day, junior Katie Voelz had a team-high 21 kills and five blocks.
Other team-high stats were senior Delaney Goble’s 13 aces, sophomore Cassie Hoag’s five blocks and sophomore Peyton Adamiec’s 21 digs.
The 5-0 Lady Tigers are in action tonight at home against Mishawaka Marian, then hosts Elkhart Memorial Thursday in the Northern Lakes Conference opener for each squad.
