NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT Notice is hereby given that the Warsaw Common Council Warsaw, Indiana, will hold a hearing on a proposed amendment to the text of Ordinance No. 98-4-1, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Warsaw. The hearing will be held on the 1st day of August, 2011, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall located at 302 East Market Street, Warsaw, Indiana. Interested parties may voice an opinion upon hearing date and/or file Written comments concerning the amendment. The proposed amendment was initiated by the City of Warsaw Common Council. The amendment would do the following to the City of Warsaw Zoning Ordinance: Amend Table 1A - Table of Permitted Uses This amendment would apply to all zoning districts within the City of Warsaw.
