SOLICITATION OF INTEREST IN THE FORMER LEESBURG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL This solicitation is to determine if any individuals, companies or community organizations are interested in purchasing and developing the former Leesburg Elementary School. Warsaw Community Schools is currently evaluating potential uses for the Leesburg Elementary School. Parties with any interest should send a letter describing the nature of its interest in the Leesburg Elementary School to the attention of the Superintendent, Dr. Craig J. Hintz, Warsaw Community Schools at PO Box 288, Warsaw, Indiana 46581-0288. Letters of interest must be received no later than December 10th, 2010. Please include your contact information, the nature of the interest, the potential time frame for taking possession of the building, and any other relevant information to your proposed use. Response to this notice will provide the Board of School Trustees informational guidance in its deliberative process.
