In Thursday night’s Northern Lakes Conference girls soccer game between No. 13 Northridge and the host Warsaw Lady Tigers, Mother Nature was the real winner. After playing 20 minutes of the first half, the teams were called off the field for a 30-minute lightning delay. When the lightning continued, the game was postponed. The game, which was scoreless when it was called, will start over completely and will be played at 4 p.m. Saturday at the Tiger Soccer Complex. Warsaw enters the game with an overall record of 9-2-2 and a mark of 4-1-1 in the NLC. The Lady Tigers have won seven games in a row and held their last five opponents scoreless.
