NOTICE OF EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO LEASE BETWEEN WARSAW COMMUNITY SCHOOLS AND WARSAW MULTI-SCHOOL BUILDING CORPORATION Pursuant to action previously taken by the Board of School Trustees of Warsaw Community Schools, an Amendment to Lease (the "Amendment") between Warsaw Community Schools and Warsaw Multi-School Building Corporation was executed and entered into on October 17, 2016. The Amendment covers the site of Jefferson Elementary School and Eisenhower Elementary School in Warsaw, Indiana. A copy of Amendment is on file in the Administration Building of Warsaw Community Schools, 1 Administration Drive, Warsaw, Indiana, and is available for inspection during normal business hours.
