Request for Qualifications of Energy Service Providers Warsaw Community Schools will receive sealed proposals for selection of an energy services company (ESCO) until 10:00 a.m. on January 23, 2017 at the Warsaw Community Schools Administration Office, 1 Administration Drive, Warsaw, Indiana 46581. Proposals will be accepted in the format specified in the RFQ. All Proposals must meet all IC36-1-12.5 requirements of the RFQ. Copies of the RFQ may be obtained from Brandon Penrod, Chief Financial Officer, Warsaw Community Schools, 1 Administration Drive, Warsaw, Indiana 46581.
