NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that Warsaw Community Schools, Kosciusko County, Indiana, will receive sealed bids until 3:00 p.m. April 28th (local time) at the Central Administration Building, One Administration Drive, P.O. Box 288, Warsaw, Indiana 46581-0288, for one dishwasher. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud beginning at 3:00 p.m. Bids received after 3:00 p.m. will be returned unopened. Bids will be submitted on State Board of Accounts Form No. 95, all parts of which shall be attached and properly completed. Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable bid bond or certified check made payable to the order of Warsaw Community Schools for an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. The certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited as liquidated damages in case of failure of any successful bidder to enter into the contract within ten (10) days after notification of acceptance of the proposal. Copies of detailed instructions to bidders and specifications may be obtained from the Warsaw Community Schools Food Services Department, 1300 Fisher Avenue, Warsaw, Indiana 46580.
