NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WARSAW, INDIANA, REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION DESIGNATING AND DECLARING AN AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE WARSAW CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT AREA AND OF A PUBLIC HEARING RELATING THERETO Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw, Indiana, Redevelopment Commission (the "Commission"), the governing body of the City of Warsaw Department of Redevelopment and the Redevelopment District of the City of Warsaw, Indiana, on November 15, 2010, approved and adopted a resolution (the "Declaratory Resolution"), for purposes of amending the Redevelopment Plan, Warsaw Central Development Area, Warsaw, Indiana (the "Plan") for the Warsaw Central Development Area (the "Area"). The Declaratory Resolution approves an amendment (the "Plan Amendment") to the Redevelopment Plan (the "Original Plan") for the Area, (the Original Plan, as amended by the Plan Amendment, shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Redevelopment Plan"), which Plan Amendment adds the property located generally at 117 W. Center Street and 102 South Buffalo Street in the City to the list of property that may be acquired and adds the renovation of such property for use as City Hall as a project to the Redevelopment Plan. The Plan Amendment can be inspected at the office of the City Planner, 794 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, 46580. Notice is further given that on Monday, December 6, 2010, at 12:00 p.m. (local time), in the City Hall Council Chambers, 320 East Market Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, the Commission will conduct a public hearing to receive and hear remonstrances and objections from persons interested in or affected by the proceedings pertaining to the Plan Amendment and to determine the public utility and benefit of such proposed amendments and to confirm, confirm and modify, or rescind the Declaratory Resolution. Maps and plats of the Area have been prepared and can be inspected along with the Declaratory Resolution and the Redevelopment Plan at the office of the City Planner, 794 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, 46580.
