NOTICE

    The Common Council of the City of Warsaw, Indiana, passed a Resolution 2017-10-04 on October 2nd, 2017, designating an area commonly known as lots 7-20 of Fraziers Addition, located along Market  Street, East of Tamarack Street and West of Wood Street, Warsaw, Indiana, as an Economic Revitalization Area.  A description of the affected area is available and can be inspected in the Kosciusko County Assessor's office.  The City of Warsaw will hold a public hearing on October 16th, 2017 at 7:00 pm in the City of Warsaw Council Chambers at 102 S. Buffalo St. to hear any remonstration or objection from the interested public.

    Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of the City of Warsaw, should contact the office of Jeremy Skinner, 102 S.
