Even with some technical issues that delayed the start of the meeting, the Warsaw Redevelopment Commission approved the September claims and a transfer resolution in less than five minutes Monday.
Claims included: $224.63 for ongoing services associated with the redevelopment commission, from Barnes & Thornburg LLP; $8,856.50 for engineering services for CR 300N and CR 200W, from A & Z Engineering; two from the city of Warsaw Wastewater Department of $114.23 each for the September and October wastewater bills; two from DLZ Engineering for $3,100 each, for U.S. 30 draft work; $4,502.50 and $12,176.80 from Wessler Engineering, for the lift stations on the north and south sides; $25.50 from Plews Shadley Racher & Braun LLP, for ongoing work; $3,800 and $1,538.50 from Baker Tilly Municipal Advisors LLP, reports for each bond to be submitted to bonding agencies; $117,425.57 for payment on the Warsaw Plaza work, from Selge Construction Co. Inc.; and $11,700 from Global Signal Acquisitions LLC, for the easement on Corridor Drive that will connect into 70 acres that will be annexed into the city of Warsaw and added to the Northern Residential TIF district.
The transfer resolution was for $500 from Redevelopment Allocation improvements other than buildings to debt service.
Community Economic and Development Director Jeremy Skinner said the last transfer resolution he presented to the Redevelopment Commission was for $7,050, but should have been for $7,500. Monday’s resolution was to cover the payment, and will be approved by the Common Council at their next meeting.
With nothing else on the agenda, the meeting was adjourned.
