NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR SALE OF CERTAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE WARSAW REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw, Indiana, Redevelopment Commission (the "Commission"), the governing body of the City of Warsaw (the “City”), Department of Redevelopment, will accept at the Commission’s office, located at City Hall, 102 S. Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana, sealed proposals up to the hour of 3:00 p.m. (local time) on May 30, 2013, for the sale of certain personal property more particularly described below (the "Property"). Notice is further given that at a public meeting of the Commission to be held on June 3, 2013, at 12:00 p.m. (local time), in the Council Chambers located at City Hall, the Commission shall open and consider each proposal pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-14-22 for the sale of the Property described as follows: A multi-stage thermal curing machine producing layered organic and inorganic coating packages. The machine will receive a variety of cast aluminum products and produce a durable exterior finish which meets contract based performance criteria. Initial stage consists of low pressure chemical etching of raw product through heated chemistry. Interior housing and pressure generating devices constructed of corrosion resistant materials. Organic layers applied through magnetic polarization techniques. Resin cross-linking of each individual layer by means of thermal air heat transfer. Inorganic layers applied through direct current induced physical vapor deposition of high purity metals. Product transport realized by a combination of means including manual addition/subtraction and indexing servo driven mechanization. The Offering Sheet containing a description of and the offering price for the Property and terms upon which the disposition shall be awarded, as well as certain limitations on the use to be made of the Property, is available for review at the Commission’s office, located at the City Hall, 102 S. Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana. Each proposal shall be executed in the manner provided for in the Offering Sheet. Pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-14-22, any proposal submitted by a trust (as defined in Indiana Code 30-4-1-1(a)) must identify each (i) beneficiary of the trust and (ii) settlor empowered to revoke or modify the trust.
