The Warsaw Police Department is investigating a rape that reportedly occurred Tuesday.
A 50-year-old Warsaw woman reported the incident around 11:43 p.m. Thursday night.
The woman told police she was raped inside her residence on Market Street by a male acquaintance.
She was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital, where information was taken.
The incident remains under investigation by the Warsaw Police Department.
