Warsaw Police Department Seeks Public Assistance In Theft And Fraud Investigation

Posted

The Warsaw Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying two suspects and a newer-model white Dodge Durango with tinted windows believed to be connected to a wallet theft and more than $4,600 in fraudulent transactions at multiple area businesses on Oct. 22, 2026.
The vehicle was last observed traveling west on U.S. 30 from Pierceton toward Warsaw at approximately 3:27p.m., according to a news release from the WPD.
Despite witness information and surveillance footage from businesses, investigators have been unable to identify the suspects or vehicle. Investigators believe the suspects may be from outside the local area and are working to identify additional potential victims who are unaware they were victimized.
Anyone who recognizes the suspects or the vehicle, or has information related to this investigation, is encouraged to contact the Warsaw Police Department at 574-385-2210.
