Drivers in downtown Warsaw should be aware of street work that will begin tomorrow.
Milling will take place on five blocks, and there will be no parking tomorrow on the following streets: two blocks of Market Street, from Indiana to Lake streets; Lake Street, from Market to Center streets; and Center Street, from Lake to Columbia streets.
Repaving of those blocks has not yet been scheduled.
More extensive renovation work will be done on one block of Center Street in front of the courthouse - between Buffalo and Lake streets, including the intersections - as part of a total downtown rehabilitation project that will be phased in gradually over the next several years.
Warsaw street department superintendent Kim Leake said that the block of Center Street will close tomorrow and will remain closed for at least 30 days.
The renovation project will include installing new sewer, storm and sanitary lines; repaving; putting in new curbs, sidewalks and brick crosswalks; and installing ornamental lighting, benches and trash receptacles.
