Warsaw Plan Commission tonight will review a request for a replat for JB's Furniture and a preliminary plat for Park Ridge Subdivision.
JB's Furniture is requesting preliminary and final plat for replating lot 1 of Center Street Plaza at 2101 E. Center St. The petitioner wants to split the existing lot into two.Commissioners also will review a request by Park Ridge Developers LLC for a preliminary plat approval on section two of Park Ridge Subdivision west of County Farm Road.
The proposed subdivision consists of seven lots and two common areas along Park Ridge Drive.
The lots meet the residential zoning requirements, according to plan commission information, and will be served by public utilities. A new sewer line and sidewalk will be placed on the north side of Park Ridge Drive if approved.
Commissioners will meet tonight at 7 p.m. at city hall.
