The Warsaw Plan Commission will review Silver Fox Development's residential planned unit at tonight's meeting in city hall, 302 E. Market St.
The company also will have a preliminary plat for 24 lots on Husky Trail, in its second addition phase, prepared for approval.
Also on the agenda is the fourth addition - four lots - at Pheasant Ridge, under construction by Jackson Development.
The board also will consider primary and secondary development plans for Pike Lake Pointe Apartments, a development planned by Cardinal Center Inc. on Park Avenue.
Other topics include the Winona Interurban Redevelopment plan, a proposed tax increment financing district of several tracts south of Durbin Street and along Winona Avenue, between Argonne Road and Harrison Street.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m.
