Warsaw Plan Commission tonight will discuss a public way vacation request.
Petitioner Tony Lloyd is requesting a public way vacation east of lot two of Boydston's Addition.The public way or alley is the only access to lot 14 and 15 of Boydston's Addition. It is one of four accesses to a 10-acre parcel east of Lloyd's property.
While both properties have wetland issues, the alley is a major point of ingress and egress for those two lots, according to City Planner Jeremy Skinner.
The commission meets tonight at 7 p.m. at city hall.
