Warsaw Planners Approve Preliminary, Final Plat

Warsaw Plan Commission Tuesday approved preliminary and final plats for the West Hill subdivision.
John Kimpel, Kimpel and Associates, made the requested on behalf of petitioner Dan Robinson for the replat at CR 300N and Silveus Crossing on 40.45 acres of property.
In order to meet the needs of a prospective tenant, developers propose increasing the size of lot 1 to allow for construction of a 100,000 square-foot manufacturing facility for Winona PVD, according to Jeremy Skinner, city planner.
“This is reconfiguring the lots to meet those needs,” Skinner said.
The preliminary and final plat for the West Hill subdivision was approved to reconfigure lots 1, 2 and 3 and what was originally lot 4.
Jeff Grose, commission member, made a motion to approve the preliminary plat seconded by Mike Klondaris.
Dave Baumgartner, commission member, approved the final plat, seconded by Rick Keeven.
In other business, Skinner informed the commission Urgent Care is proposing to go in north of Petros.The commission will review the request at its December meeting.
