NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Plan Commission of Warsaw, Indiana, will hold a hearing on the following petition:
Zimmer Biomet Subdivision, by Zimmer Biomet, which is a proposal to subdivide 64.61 acres into 5 lots. The property is located at 56 E Bell Dr., Warsaw.
The hearing has been set for Monday, December 09, 2019 at 7 PM in the Council Chambers, at City Hall located at 102 S Buffalo St, Warsaw, Indiana. Interested parties may voice an opinion upon hearing date and/or file written comments concerning the proposal.
The petition and file include a legal description of the property and drawings showing the layout or proposed lots and streets. These may be examined in the office of the Plan Commission in the City Hall in Warsaw, Indiana.
