NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT Notice is hereby given that the Warsaw Plan Commission, Warsaw, Indiana, will hold a hearing on a proposed amendment to the text of Ordinance No. 98-4-1, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Warsaw. The hearing will be held on the 11th day of July, 2011, at 7:00 p.. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 302 East Market Street, Warsaw, Indiana. Interested parties may voice an opinion upon hearing date and/or file written comments concerning the amendment. The proposed amendment was initiated by the City of Warsaw Common Council.
