Warsaw Plan Commission Approves Final Plat For Subdivision

Warsaw Plan Commission Monday approved a final plat to subdivide a 7.7-acre lot on Zimmer Road. Petitioners Kent and Roxanne Wildman requested the lot at 921 S. Zimmer Road to be subdivided. The subdivision will replat lot two of Kent Wildman Addition into three new lots as described within the plat. The commission approved a preliminary plat in 2011 for the subdivision and there is a buyer for the lot now, said Tim Dombrosky, assistant city planner. The proposed split meets the zoning requirement for lot size in order to accommodate a septic system that will be accessed by a private drive as granted by the ingress and egress and utility easement described within the plat.
