ORDINANCE NUMBER 2015-11-03 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 70 OF THE WARSAW CITY CODE NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of Warsaw, Indiana, that Chapter 70, Streets, Sidewalks, and Public Places, of the Warsaw City Code be amended to read as follows: CHAPTER 70 STREETS, SIDEWALKS, AND PUBLIC PLACES ARTICLE I IN GENERAL Section 70-4 shall be added to read as follows: Section 70-4, Discharge of snow upon streets It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to place, or permit snow removed from any sidewalk, driveway, or parking lot to be placed, shoveled, plowed, or discharged upon any street in the city, unless authorized by the public works superintendent of the city. Any person violating this section of this article shall be fined in the amount of not less than $50.00 nor more than $500.00. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect 30 days after being published in the manner prescribed by IC 5-3-1. Any parts of the city code which are in conflict with this ordinance are hereby suspended by this ordinance.
