ORDINANCE NUMBER 2015-07-03 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 78-243 OF THE WARSAW CITY CODE The Common Council of the City of Warsaw, Warsaw, Indiana hereby amends certain parts of Section 73-243 of the Warsaw City Code as follows: Chapter 78, at Section 78-243 (f)(2) is amended to change the daily maximum limits as follows: Arsenic 0.08 mg/l Cyanide (T) 0.50 mg/l All other limits remain unchanged This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor and publication as required by law.
