AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 74 OF THE WARSAW CITY CODE
    WHEREAS, Indiana Code 9-21-1 authorizes local authorities to regulate traffic and parking; WHEREAS, the Warsaw Traffic Safety Commission  has recommended  to the Common Council of the City of Warsaw that parking within the city be amended;
    NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the
City of  Warsaw, Indiana,  that Chapter 74, Traffic and Vehicles,  of the Warsaw City Code  be amended to read as follows:
CHAPTER 74
TRAFFIC AND VEHICLES
ARTICLE III
OPERATION OF VEHICLES GENERALLY
Section 74-128, One-way stops
    Item 171 shall be amended to read as follows:
    (171)   At the northeast corner of the intersection of Glad Street and Husky Trail.
    Item 260 shall be added to read as follows:
    (260) At the southeast corner of the intersection of Glad Street and Flora Avenue.
    Item 26I shall be added to read as follows:
    (261) At the northeast corner of the intersection of Flora Avenue and     Marion Avenue. Section 74-129, Two-way stops
    Item 139 shall be added to read as follows:
    (139) At the northeast and southwest corners of the intersection of Husky Trail and
Mariners Drive.
ARTICLE V
PARKING, STOPPING, AND STANDING
Section 74-211, No parking zones
    Item 186 shall be added to read as follows:
    (186) On the east side of Colfax Street for 120 feet north of Center Street.
    This ordinance shall be in full force and effect 30 days after being published in the manner prescribed by IC 5-3-1. Any parts of the Warsaw Traffic Control Ordinance which are in conflict with this ordinance are hereby suspended by this ordinance.
