An Ordinance amending Section 78-159 of the Warsaw City Code
Section 78-159 of the Warsaw City Code is amended as follows: Section 78-159 Subdivision II (c)
Said Section is amended to read as follows:
(c) Rate and surcharges based upon ammonia. There shall be charged a rate of $0.97 per pound of ammonia received in excess of 100 milligrams per liter of fluid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City of Warsaw, Indiana, as follows:
Section 78-159 Subdivision II (c) as amended herein is added to the Warsaw City Code.
Adopted, passed and ordained by the Common Council of the City of Warsaw, Indiana this 16th day of April, 2018.
That this Ordinance is to be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
