Optimists Give To Warsaw Parks The Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club recently gave $300 toward kids programs at the Warsaw Parks Department. Through various fundraising activities during the year, the Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club raises more than $20,000 to donate to youth-oriented activities. The Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club is a recipient of the Heart of Gold Award, presented in 2013 by the Kosciusko County Community Foundation.
